Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

治喉痺腫痛. 薄荷葉一斤, 甘草三兩, 防風ㆍ川芎ㆍ桔梗各二兩, 焰硝一兩, 白豆蔲三十粒, 縮砂五粒, 片腦一錢. 右爲末, 蜜丸彈子大, 噙化嚥下. 《別方》

Translation

Treats throat impediment with swelling and pain. Mint leaf 1 geun; licorice 3 nyang; saposhnikovia, chuanxiong and platycodon 2 nyang each; saltpetre 1 nyang; cardamom 30 seeds; amomum 5 seeds; borneol 1 don. Powder them, make honey pills the size of a bullet, and melt one in the mouth and swallow. — Byeolbang 別方 (Donguibogam · Inhu)
