Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

治上焦風熱. 薄荷葉一斤, 縮砂四兩, 黃芩ㆍ防風ㆍ桔梗ㆍ甘草各二兩. 右爲末, 蜜和兩作二十丸, 每用一丸, 含化嚥下. 《類聚》

Translation

Treats wind heat of the upper burner. Mint leaf 1 geun; amomum 4 nyang; scutellaria, saposhnikovia, platycodon, and licorice, 2 nyang each. Powder the above, work with honey, and divide each nyang into twenty pills; use one pill each time, held in the mouth to dissolve and swallowed. — Yuchwi 類聚 (Donguibogam · Hwa)
