Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

治風寒伏留陽經, 氣厥痰厥, 一切頭痛. 南星ㆍ乾薑ㆍ川芎ㆍ川烏ㆍ甘草各一兩, 防風ㆍ半夏(製)ㆍ天麻ㆍ細辛各五錢. 右爲末, 薑汁麪糊和丸芡實大, 捏作餠子, 每五餠細嚼, 茶淸溫酒任下. 《丹心》

Translation

Treats wind cold lying hidden in the yang channels, qi reversal and phlegm reversal, and every kind of headache. Arisaema, dried ginger, chuanxiong, aconite main root and licorice 1 nyang each; saposhnikovia, pinellia (processed), gastrodia and asarum 5 don each. Powder them, bind with ginger juice and flour paste into pieces the size of a fox-nut and press them into cakes; chew five fine and wash down with clear tea or warm wine. — Dansim 丹心 (Donguibogam · Du)
