Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑
治男女八般頭風及一切頭痛, 痰厥ㆍ腎厥ㆍ傷寒ㆍ傷風頭痛幷治. 川芎ㆍ川烏ㆍ草烏ㆍ南星ㆍ半夏<span class='sochu'>二味冷水洗去滑</span>ㆍ白芷ㆍ石膏<span class='sochu'>俱生用</span> 各等分, 加細辛ㆍ全蝎 各減半. 右細末, 硏取韭菜自然汁和丸梧子大, 嚼生葱茶淸送下七丸或九丸. 《回春》
Translation
Treats the eight kinds of head wind in men and women and every headache, treating phlegm reversal, kidney reversal, cold damage and wind damage headache alike. Chuanxiong, aconite main root, aconite root, arisaema, pinellia <span class='sochu'>these two washed in cold water till the slime is gone</span>, angelica dahurica and gypsum <span class='sochu'>all used raw</span> in equal parts, with asarum and scorpion at half as much. Powder finely, grind leek for its natural juice and bind into pills the size of a firmiana seed; chew fresh scallion and wash down seven or nine pills with clear tea. — Manbyeong Hoechun 回春 (Donguibogam · Du)
