Clinical commentary 臨床

Green wind is the acute attack — a pupil gone green, with pain and sudden loss of sight — and this is the chapter's answer to it: a wind formula with aconite in it, given as a powder in ginger and schizonepeta so that it acts fast. What the description matches is an angle-closure crisis, which is a same-day emergency now. **Contains aconite main root, which is toxic. This must not be prepared.** — Eui Young (Justin) Chung, L.Ac., Dipl. O.M.
