Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

治綠風內障. 羚羊角屑一兩, 石決明ㆍ草決明ㆍ車前子ㆍ犀角屑各七錢半, 獨活ㆍ防風ㆍ蔓荊子ㆍ甘菊ㆍ藍實ㆍ梔子ㆍ甘草各五錢. 右爲末, 蜜丸梧子大, 溫水下三十丸. 《類聚》

Translation

Treats green wind internal obstruction. Antelope horn shavings 1 nyang; abalone shell, cassia seed, plantago seed and rhinoceros horn shavings 7 don 5 pun each; angelica pubescens, saposhnikovia, vitex, chrysanthemum, indigo seed, gardenia and licorice 5 don each. Powder them, make honey pills the size of parasol-tree seeds, and take thirty down with warm water. — Uibang Yuchwi 類聚 (Donguibogam · An)

Clinical commentary 臨床

The slower treatment for the same green wind — a pill rather than a powder, with both horns at the head of it and no aconite. Two shells and two horns together: the hard cooling drugs, which is how this tradition met an eye that had gone hard and hot. **Antelope horn and rhinoceros horn come from CITES-listed species and cannot lawfully be traded; goat horn and water buffalo horn are used in their place.** — Eui Young (Justin) Chung, L.Ac., Dipl.
