Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

治小便中泄精不止. 新韭子(霜後採者) 一斤(酒浸一宿焙), 白龍骨二兩. 右爲末, 酒調糯米粉爲糊, 和丸梧子大, 空心, 鹽湯下三十丸. 《直指》

Translation

Treats essence leaking in the urine without stopping. New leek seed gathered after frost, 1 geun, wine-steeped a night and dry-roasted; white dragon bone 2 nyang. Powder them, mix glutinous rice flour with wine for the paste, bind into pills the size of a firmiana seed, and take thirty on an empty stomach with salt decoction. — Jikji 直指 (Donguibogam · Jeong)

Clinical commentary 臨床

A pound of leek seed to two nyang of dragon bone — the seed leads, and it is warming as much as holding. 霜後採者, gathered after frost, is the harvest rule: the seed has ripened and the plant has stopped growing. 小便中泄精 — essence in the urine — is the chapter's third route of loss after dreams and waking discharge, and Guryong-dan below treats it too. — Eui Young (Justin) Chung, L.Ac., Dipl.
