Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

治脫精滑泄不禁. 桑螵蛸(灸) 三兩, 龍骨ㆍ白茯苓各一兩. 右爲末, 糊丸梧子大, 煎茯苓, 鹽湯下七十丸. 《得效》

Translation

Treats the essence deserting, slippery and discharging without restraint. Mantis egg case (mix-fried) 3 nyang; dragon bone and white poria 1 nyang each. Powder them, bind with paste into pills the size of a firmiana seed, and take seventy with a decoction of poria and salt. — Seui Deukhyobang 得效 (Donguibogam · Jeong)

Clinical commentary 臨床

Mantis egg case at three nyang — the tradition's astringent for the urinary and seminal passages both, and the Blood chapter's 1.29.19 used it for enuresis after childbirth. Three medicinals, and poria twice, in the pill and in the drink. — Eui Young (Justin) Chung, L.Ac., Dipl. O.M.
