Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑
治精滑. 枸杞子ㆍ金櫻子ㆍ山査子ㆍ蓮子ㆍ蓮花蘂ㆍ熟地黃ㆍ芡仁ㆍ白茯苓ㆍ當歸 各等分. 右爲末, 酒麪糊和丸梧子大, 空心, 溫酒或鹽湯下五十丸. 如精滑, 便濁者, 服二三日, 尿淸如水, 飮食倍常, 行步輕健. 《正傳》
Translation
Treats slippery essence. Lycium fruit, Cherokee rose fruit, hawthorn, lotus seed, lotus stamen, cooked rehmannia, euryale seed, white poria and angelica in equal parts. Powder them, bind with wine-and-flour paste into pills the size of a firmiana seed, and take fifty on an empty stomach with warm wine or salt decoction. Where the essence is slippery and the urine turbid, after two or three days the urine is clear as water, the appetite is doubled, and walking is light and strong. — Jeongjeon 正傳 (Donguibogam · Jeong)
