Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑
治精氣不固. 蓮花蘂ㆍ蓮子ㆍ芡仁, 等分爲末. 金櫻子煎膏, 和丸梧子大, 空心, 鹽湯下三十丸. 一月見效, 卽不走泄. 久服精神完固, 能成地仙. 《入門》
Translation
Treats the essential qi not secure. Lotus stamen, lotus seed and euryale seed in equal parts, powdered. Cherokee rose fruit decocted to a paste, bound into pills the size of a firmiana seed, thirty taken on an empty stomach with salt decoction. In a month the effect is seen, and there is no more running and leaking. Taken long, the essence and spirit are whole and firm, and one can become an earthly immortal. — Uihak Immun 入門 (Donguibogam · Jeong)
