Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑
治咽喉腫痛, 口舌生瘡, 頷頰赤腫, 熱痰壅塞. 馬牙硝ㆍ寒水石(煆)ㆍ石膏(煆) 各二兩, 甘草(灸) 一兩, 牛膽南星 七錢半, 紫石英(煆水飛) 五錢, 牛黃ㆍ龍腦ㆍ麝香 各二錢半. 右爲末, 蜜和兩作三十丸, 每一丸薄荷湯嚼下. 《局方》
Translation
Treats the throat swollen and painful, sores arising on mouth and tongue, the jaw and cheek red and swollen, and hot phlegm congesting and blocking. Saltpetre crystal, glauberite (calcined) and gypsum (calcined) 2 nyang each; licorice (mix-fried) 1 nyang; ox-bile arisaema 7 don 5 pun; fluorite (calcined and water-ground) 5 don; ox bezoar, borneol and musk 2 don 5 pun each. Powder them, bind with honey into thirty pills to two nyang, and chew one down with mint decoction. — Hwaje Gukbang 局方 (Donguibogam · Inhu)
