Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑
治血灌瞳人, 刺痛無障瞖. 川芎ㆍ當歸尾ㆍ防風ㆍ荊芥 各一兩, 生乾地黃ㆍ赤芍藥ㆍ甘草 各五錢. 右爲末, 蜜丸彈子大, 每一丸, 以薄荷ㆍ荊芥湯嚼下, 食後. 《入門》
Translation
Treats blood flooding the pupil with stabbing pain and no obstructing screen. Chuanxiong, the tails of Korean angelica, saposhnikovia and schizonepeta 1 nyang each; dried raw rehmannia, red peony and licorice 5 don each. Powder them, make honey pills the size of a bullet, and chew one at a time down with a decoction of mint and schizonepeta, after food. — Uihak Immun 入門 (Donguibogam · An)
