Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

令縮胎易産. 白朮ㆍ枳殼各等分. 右爲末, 以水浸燒餠和丸梧子大, 入月每服五十丸, 白湯下. 《保命》

Translation

Makes the foetus contract and the birth easy. White atractylodes and bitter orange in equal parts. Powder them, make pills with baked cake soaked in water, the size of a firmiana seed, and from the entry into the month take fifty at a dose with plain hot water. — Bomyeongjip 保命 (Donguibogam · Buin)

Clinical commentary 臨床

The simplest of the four — white atractylodes to hold and bitter orange to move, and nothing else.
