Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑
諸淋, 小腹脹急甚者, 宜用此. 大黃 二錢(剉, 密器水浸一宿), 磁石(碎) 一錢六分, 石菖蒲ㆍ生地黃 各一錢, 玄參ㆍ細辛 各八分, 芒硝ㆍ赤茯苓ㆍ黃芩 各六分, 甘草 四分. 右剉, 水二盞煎藥至一盞半, 入大黃煎至七分, 去滓, 下芒硝攪勻, 空心服. 《入門》
Translation
For the stranguries, where the lower abdomen is severely distended and urgent, this should be used. Rhubarb 2 don (cut and steeped overnight in water in a sealed vessel); loadstone (crushed) 1 don 6 pun; acorus and fresh rehmannia 1 don each; scrophularia and asarum 8 pun each; mirabilite, red poria and scutellaria 6 pun each; licorice 4 pun. Cut up, boil in two jan of water down to one and a half, add the rhubarb and boil to seven parts, strain off the dregs, stir in the mirabilite, and take on an empty stomach. — Uihak Immun 入門 (Donguibogam · Sobyeon)
