Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑
治小腸膀胱積熱, 或癃閉不通, 或遺尿不禁, 或白濁如泔, 或膏淋如膿, 或如梔子水, 或如沙石米粒, 或如粉糊, 俱熱證也, 悉主之. 滑石ㆍ白茯苓 各四兩, 黑牽牛頭末 三兩, 黃芩ㆍ大黃ㆍ琥珀 各二兩, 鬱金ㆍ黃連 各一兩. 右爲末, 水丸梧子大, 沸湯下五七十丸. 《丹心》
Translation
Treats accumulated heat in the small intestine and bladder — retention with nothing passing, or incontinence, or white turbidity like rice-washing water, or gao strangury like pus, or urine like gardenia water, or like sand and grains of rice, or like flour paste: all are heat patterns, and it governs them all. Talc and white poria 4 nyang each; the first sifting of black morning-glory seed 3 nyang; scutellaria, rhubarb and amber 2 nyang each; curcuma and coptis 1 nyang each.
