Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

治關格不通. 芒硝二兩半, 滑石三兩, 冬葵子(炒) 三合. 右以滑石ㆍ葵子爲麤末, 取五錢, 水煎至半, 入芒硝一錢, 再一沸, 空心服. 《總錄》

Translation

Treats block and repulsion with nothing passing. Mirabilite 2 nyang 5 don; talc 3 nyang; mallow seed (stir-fried) 3 hop. Grind the talc and mallow seed coarse; take 5 don, boil down by half, add a don of mirabilite, bring to the boil once more, and take on an empty stomach. — Seongje Chongrok 總錄 (Donguibogam · Sobyeon)

Clinical commentary 臨床
