Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑
治關格上下不通, 此痰隔中焦也. 服此出痰. 枳實 一錢, 川芎 八分, 縮砂ㆍ白茯苓ㆍ貝母ㆍ陳皮ㆍ蘇子ㆍ瓜蔞仁ㆍ厚朴ㆍ便香附子 各七分, 木香ㆍ沈香 各五分, 甘草 三分. 右除二香, 剉作一貼, 薑三片同煎, 入竹瀝及沈香ㆍ木香濃磨水, 調和服之. 《醫鑑》
Translation
Treats block and repulsion with neither above nor below passing: this is phlegm blocking the middle burner, and taking this brings the phlegm out. Immature bitter orange 1 don; chuanxiong 8 pun; amomum, white poria, fritillaria, tangerine peel, perilla seed, trichosanthes seed, magnolia bark and urine-processed cyperus 7 pun each; costus and aloeswood 5 pun each; licorice 3 pun. Leaving out the two aromatics, cut the rest into one packet and decoct with 3 slices of ginger; add bamboo sap and the aloeswood and costus ground thick in water, mix and take. — Gogeum Uigam 醫鑑 (Donguibogam · Sobyeon)
