Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

治元藏久虛, 遺精白濁, 五淋七疝, 婦人崩帶等證. 蒼朮 一斤, 剉作四分. 一分以茴香ㆍ靑鹽 各一兩同炒, 一分以烏藥ㆍ川練子 各一兩同炒, 一分以川椒ㆍ破故紙 各一兩同炒, 一分以酒醋同炒, 俱以朮黃色爲度. 只取朮爲末, 以煮藥酒醋打糊和丸梧子大, 空心每取三五十丸, 男子酒下, 婦人醋湯下. 《入門》 ○醉飽後色慾不節, 傷脾損腎, 脾來剋腎, 土剋水也. 小便黃濁, 其脈脾部洪數, 腎部微澁, 其證尿下如梔子汁, 澄下桶底如石灰脚, 或如血點凝結在內. 法當補養脾胃, 宜此藥. 《醫鑑》

Translation

Treats the original viscus long vacuous — seminal emission and white turbidity, the five stranguries and seven mounting patterns, and in women flooding and vaginal discharge. Atractylodes lancea 1 geun, cut into four portions: one fried with fennel and blue salt 1 nyang each; one with lindera and toosendan 1 nyang each; one with Sichuan pepper and psoralea 1 nyang each; one with wine and vinegar — each until the atractylodes is yellow. Take only the atractylodes and powder it; with the wine and vinegar the medicines were boiled in, make a paste and bind into pills the size of a firmiana seed. Take thirty to fifty on an empty stomach, men with wine and women with vinegar decoction. — Uihak Immun 入門 (Donguibogam · Sobyeon) After drinking and eating to excess, with sexual desire unrestrained, the spleen is damaged and the kidney detrimented; the spleen comes to restrain the kidney, earth restraining water. The urine is yellow and turbid, the pulse at the spleen position surging and rapid and at the kidney faint and rough; the urine comes down like gardenia juice and settles at the bottom of the pot like lime dregs, or like blood spots congealed within. The method is to supplement and nourish the spleen and stomach, and this medicine is appropriate. — Gogeum Uigam 醫鑑
