Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑
治脾胃中伏火鬱積生痰, 致令嘔吐, 呑酸, 嘈雜. 常服健脾開胃, 化痰消滯, 淸火抑肝. 白朮(土炒) 四兩, 香附(童便浸三日炒) 三兩, 陳皮 二兩半, 川芎ㆍ枳實ㆍ黃連(薑炒)ㆍ神麴(炒)ㆍ山査肉 各二兩, 半夏(製) 一兩半, 梔子(薑汁炒)ㆍ蘿葍子(炒)ㆍ白茯苓ㆍ乾生薑ㆍ吳茱萸 各一兩, 麥芽(炒) 七錢, 靑皮(香油炒) 六錢, 縮砂(炒)ㆍ甘草(灸) 各四錢, 木香 三錢. 右爲末, 竹瀝打神麴爲糊和丸菉豆大, 白湯下百丸. 此方治呑酸吐酸ㆍ嘈雜噫氣, 兼治之劑也. 《醫鑑》
Translation
Treats fire lying hidden within the Spleen and Stomach, constrained and accumulating until it engenders phlegm, bringing on vomiting, swallowing of sour, and gnawing hunger. Taken regularly, it fortifies the Spleen and opens the stomach, transforms phlegm and disperses stagnation, clears fire and restrains the Liver. Earth-fried white atractylodes 4 nyang; cyperus soaked three days in child's urine and fried, 3 nyang; tangerine peel 2 nyang 5 don; cnidium, unripe bitter orange, ginger-fried coptis, dry-fried medicated leaven, and hawthorn flesh, 2 nyang each; prepared pinellia 1 nyang 5 don; ginger-juice-fried gardenia, dry-fried radish seed, white poria, dried fresh ginger, and evodia, 1 nyang each; dry-fried barley sprout 7 don; sesame-oil-fried green tangerine peel 6 don; dry-fried amomum and roasted licorice, 4 don each; aucklandia 3 don. Powder the above; strike medicated leaven with bamboo sap to make a paste and bind pills the size of mung beans; take 100 pills with plain boiled water.
