Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

治頭目昏眩, 精神不爽, 咽乾鼻塞. 薄荷葉三兩, 甘草一兩四錢, 荊芥穗ㆍ白鹽各一兩二錢, 天花粉二錢七分, 縮砂一錢. 右末, 每一錢, 湯點服. 《類聚》

Translation

Treats the head and eyes clouded and dizzy, the spirit not fresh, the throat dry and the nose blocked. Mint leaf 3 nyang; licorice 1 nyang 4 don; schizonepeta spike and white salt 1 nyang 2 don each; trichosanthes root 2 don 7 pun; amomum 1 don.
