Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

治頭目不淸利. 酒炒黃連ㆍ酒炒片芩 各一兩, 生乾地黃ㆍ甘草(灸) 各七錢半, 羌活ㆍ防風ㆍ藁本ㆍ升麻 各五錢, 柴胡 三錢半, 川芎 二錢半. 右爲末, 每二錢, 食後茶淸調下. 《正傳》

Translation

Treats the head and eyes not clear and free. Wine-fried coptis and wine-fried sliced scutellaria 1 nyang each; dried fresh rehmannia and licorice (mix-fried) 7 don 5 pun each; notopterygium, saposhnikovia, ligusticum and cimicifuga 5 don each; bupleurum 3 don 5 pun; chuanxiong 2 don 5 pun. Powder them and take 2 don after food stirred into clear tea. — Uihak Jeongjeon 正傳 (Donguibogam · Du)
