Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑
淸頭目, 聰耳竅, 助精神. 麥門冬ㆍ當歸 各一錢二分, 川芎 一錢, 白芷 七分, 薄荷ㆍ甘菊ㆍ羌活ㆍ梔子 各五分, 甘草 四分, 升麻 二分. 右剉, 作一貼, 薑 三片, 茶 一撮, 煎服. 《集略》
Translation
Clears the head and eyes, sharpens the ears' orifices and assists the spirit. Ophiopogon and angelica 1 don 2 pun each; chuanxiong 1 don; angelica dahurica 7 pun; mint, chrysanthemum, notopterygium and gardenia 5 pun each; licorice 4 pun; cimicifuga 2 pun.
