Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

淸頭目, 止旋暈, 消風化痰. 桔梗五兩, 川芎ㆍ薄荷各三兩二錢半, 細辛ㆍ防風ㆍ甘草各一兩二錢半. 右爲末, 蜜和每一兩半作五丸, 每一丸茶淸嚼下. 《丹心》

Translation

Clears the head and eyes, stops spinning and dizziness, disperses wind and transforms phlegm. Platycodon 5 nyang; chuanxiong and mint 3 nyang 2 don 5 pun each; asarum, saposhnikovia and licorice 1 nyang 2 don 5 pun each.
