Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑
取下傳尸勞蟲. 桃枝ㆍ李枝ㆍ梅枝ㆍ桑枝ㆍ石榴枝(幷取東向小枝) 各七莖長三寸, 靑蒿 一小握, 苦練根 七寸, 生藍靑 七葉, 葱白(連根洗) 七箇切. 右以童尿二升半煎取其半, 去滓, 入安息香ㆍ蘇合香ㆍ阿魏 各一錢, 煎至一盞, 濾淸, 入朱砂ㆍ雄黃ㆍ雷丸ㆍ枯白礬ㆍ硫黃 各半錢爲末, 檳榔末 一錢, 麝香 二分半, 調和分作二服. 月初旬五更空心一服, 若未下早朝再服. 或吐或下蟲物惡積. 如出大蟲, 急用鐵鉗取, 烈火焚之, 收入磁甁中, 埋深山中. 病人衣服床席幷皆火燒, 埋僻處. 《直指》
Translation
Takes down the corpse-transmitted taxation worm. Small east-facing twigs of peach, plum, mume, mulberry and pomegranate, seven each, three chon long; sweet wormwood a small handful; chinaberry root bark seven chon; seven fresh indigo leaves; seven scallions washed with the roots on and cut. Boil these in two and a half seung of child's urine down to half, strain off the dregs, add benzoin, storax and asafoetida 1 don each, boil down to a cupful and filter clear; add cinnabar, realgar, omphalia, calcined alum and sulphur half a don each powdered, powdered areca 1 don, and musk 2 pun 5 ri, mix and divide into two doses. In the first ten days of the month take one dose at the fifth watch on an empty stomach; if nothing comes down take the other early next morning. Either the worms and foul accumulation are vomited or they come down. If a large worm comes out, take it quickly with iron tongs, burn it in a fierce fire, gather it into a porcelain bottle and bury it deep in the mountains.
