Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑
下瘵蟲. 天靈盖(兩指大, 以檀香湯洗過, 酥灸), 檳榔 五箇, 阿魏ㆍ甘遂ㆍ麝香ㆍ安息香 各二錢, 朱砂 一錢. 右爲末, 每服三錢. 別以薤白ㆍ葱白 各十四莖, 靑蒿 二握, 甘草ㆍ桃枝ㆍ柳枝ㆍ梅枝(俱東引者) 各五寸, 桑白皮ㆍ石榴根皮 各一片, 以童尿四升於磁器內文武火煎至一升, 分作三服. 每取一服調前藥末, 五更初服. 男患女煎, 女患男煎. 服藥後如欲吐, 用白梅含之. 五更末須下勞蟲, 或惡物黃水黑糞. 如未下又進一服, 天明更進一服. 如瀉不止, 用龍骨ㆍ黃連 等分爲末三錢, 白水調服, 白粥補之. 《入門》
Translation
Brings down the consumption worm. Human skull-cap, a piece two fingers broad, washed in sandalwood decoction and mix-fried with butter; areca 5; asafoetida, kansui, musk and benzoin 2 don each; cinnabar 1 don. Powder them and give 3 don a dose. Separately take Chinese chive and scallion white 14 stalks each, sweet wormwood two handfuls, licorice and east-facing twigs of peach, willow and plum five chon each, mulberry root bark and pomegranate root bark one piece each, and boil in four seung of child's urine in a porcelain vessel over a fire now gentle now fierce down to one seung, divided into three doses. Take one dose stirred with the powder at the start of the fifth watch. For a man's illness a woman boils it; for a woman's, a man. If one feels like vomiting after taking it, hold a salted plum in the mouth. By the end of the fifth watch the taxation worms must come down, or foul matter, yellow water and black stool. If they have not come down take another dose, and at daybreak another. If the purging does not stop, take 3 don of powdered dragon bone and coptis in equal parts with plain water, and restore with white congee. — Uihak Immun 入門 (Donguibogam · Chung)
