Translation
Treats white rash all over the body with itching. Bitter orange, any quantity, bran-fried until yellow and sliced; take 3 don, steep in a jan of warm wine for two hours, remove the bitter orange and drink the wine. — Seui Deukhyobang 得效 (Donguibogam · Pi)
Clinical commentary 臨床
One medicinal steeped in warm wine and the medicinal then taken out. The Deukhyobang reads the white rash as cold evil hidden in the skin and congealed there — worse in dull cold weather, better in clear warm — so a warm wine extraction is the delivery as much as the drug. The same bitter orange, decocted, is used to wash the part at the same time. — Eui Young (Justin) Chung, L.Ac., Dipl. O.M.
