治陽毒結胸, 藥下不通, 或稍通而復再結者. 活地龍 四條(大者, 去土硏爛), 入薑汁ㆍ薄荷汁ㆍ蜜 各一匙, 新汲水調和, 徐徐灌盡. 若熱熾加片腦少許. 《入門》
Translation
Treats yang toxin chest bind where the medicine purged down does not pass, or passes a little and binds again. Four large live earthworms with the earth removed, ground soft; add a spoonful each of ginger juice, mint juice and honey, stir into newly drawn water and pour it in slowly until it is all taken.
