Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑
治血結胸, 痛不可忍, 手不可近. 海蛤粉ㆍ滑石ㆍ甘草 各一兩, 芒硝 五錢. 右爲末, 每二錢, 鷄子淸調下. 服此則小腸利而膻中血自散矣. 盖小腸壅則膻中血不流行, 小腸通利則膻中血散而痛自止矣. 《得效》
Translation
Treats blood bind in the chest with pain past bearing and the hand not to be brought near. Clam shell powder, talc and licorice 1 nyang each; mirabilite 5 don. Powder them and take 2 don at a time stirred into egg white. Taking this frees the small intestine and the blood at Danjung disperses of itself; for where the small intestine is congested the blood at Danjung does not flow, and where the small intestine is freed the blood at Danjung disperses and the pain stops of itself. — Seui Deukhyobang 得效 (Donguibogam · Hyung)
