Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

治蛔厥, 心腹痛. 胡粉(炒)ㆍ白礬(半生半枯)ㆍ檳榔ㆍ苦練根各五錢, 鶴虱三錢. 右爲末, 麪糊和丸梧子大. 大人二十丸, 小兒五丸, 以淡米飮入香油二三點攪勻呑下. 蟲小者化爲水, 大者自下. 《局方》

Translation

Treats roundworm reversal with pain of heart and abdomen. Ceruse (stir-fried), alum (half raw and half calcined), areca and chinaberry root bark 5 don each; carpesium 3 don. Powder them, bind with flour paste into pills the size of a firmiana seed. An adult takes twenty, a child five, swallowed with thin rice water into which two or three drops of sesame oil have been stirred. The small worms are transformed into water and the large ones come down of themselves. — Hwaje Gukbang 局方 (Donguibogam · Chung)

蟲小者化爲水 — the small worms turn to water, the big ones come out whole. The Gukbang's claim, and the name the formula is known by.
