Translation
Treats worm pain. Take the ingredients of Transform the Worms Pill, powder them finely, and give 1 don at a time stirred into rice water. — Hwaje Gukbang 局方 (Donguibogam · Chung)

Hwachung-hwan given as a powder instead of a pill, at a fifth the dose — 安, quieting rather than transforming. The Gukbang's way of treating the pain without provoking the expulsion.
