治痔漏及五痔, 皆因酒色過度卽成此疾. 人多以外治付洗, 不知病在腸中有蟲, 若不去根, 其病不除. 與上<a href='/formulas/sineungheugok-dan'>神應黑玉丹</a>同. 《入門》
Translation
Treats fistulous piles and the five piles, which all come of wine and sex beyond measure. Most people treat them outwardly with applications and washes, not knowing that the disease is in the bowel and has worms in it; if the root is not removed the disease is not got rid of.
