Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

治四種㿉疝. 久者用<a href='/formulas/gyulhaek-hwan'>橘核丸</a>, 新者用橘核散. 橘核一錢半, 桃仁十五枚, 梔子仁一錢, 川烏(炮)ㆍ吳茱萸各五分. 右各炒爲麤末, 作一貼, 水煎服. 《丹心》

Translation

Treats the four kinds of bulging mounting. For an old case use Tangerine Seed Pill, for a new one Tangerine Seed Powder. Tangerine seed 1 don 5 pun; fifteen peach kernels; gardenia kernel 1 don; aconite main root (blast-fried) and evodia 5 pun each. Fry each, grind coarse, make one packet, decoct in water and take. — Dansim 丹心 (Donguibogam · Jeoneum)

久者用丸, 新者用散 — a pill for the old case and a powder for the new.
