Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

治頭風眩暈, 兼治肝虛而暈尤宜婦人. 川芎 一錢, 當歸 七分半, 羌活ㆍ旋覆花ㆍ蔓荊子ㆍ細辛ㆍ石膏ㆍ藁本ㆍ荊芥穗ㆍ半夏麴ㆍ熟地黃ㆍ防風ㆍ甘草 各五分. 右剉, 作一貼, 薑 三片煎服. 《本事》<span class='sochu'>與上養血祛風湯同而分數異</span>

Translation

Treats head wind with dizziness, and also treats liver vacuity with dizziness, being especially suitable for women. Chuanxiong 1 don; angelica 7 pun 5 ri; notopterygium, inula, vitex fruit, asarum, gypsum, ligusticum, schizonepeta spike, pinellia leaven, cooked rehmannia, saposhnikovia and licorice 5 pun each.
