Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

治陽虛, 未交先泄, 及夢泄神效. 芡仁五百箇(七夕), 蓮花鬚ㆍ山茱萸各一兩, 白蒺藜五兩, 覆盆子二兩, 龍骨五錢. 右爲末, 蜜丸梧子大, 空心, 蓮肉煎湯下六七十丸. 《入門》

Translation

Treats yang vacuity with discharge before joining, and discharge in dreams, with spirit-like effect. Euryale seed five hundred, gathered at the seventh-night festival; lotus stamen and cornus 1 nyang each; tribulus 5 nyang; rubus 2 nyang; dragon bone 5 don. Powder them, make honey pills the size of a firmiana seed, and take sixty or seventy on an empty stomach with lotus seed decoction. — Uihak Immun 入門 (Donguibogam · Jeong)

Clinical commentary 臨床

未交先泄 — discharge before joining. Premature ejaculation for the second time in the chapter, and the Immun treats it as vacuity where the Haejang's Daebongsu-dan treated it as fire. Five hundred euryale seeds gathered on the seventh night, the lovers' festival — the same date the Uigam chose for its leeches at 3.6.
