A different formula from the Bonsa 訶黎勒丸 of the dysentery chapter, which is ailanthus bark, chebule flesh and clove for a remitting dysentery. 便香附 means cyperus soaked in a boy's urine.

Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

治勞嗽ㆍ乾嗽及肺脹喘急. 訶子皮五錢, 海粉ㆍ瓜蔞仁ㆍ靑黛ㆍ杏仁ㆍ貝母ㆍ便香附各二錢半. 右爲末, 薑汁和蜜爲丸櫻桃大, 含化徐徐嚥下. 《入門》

Translation

Treats taxation cough and dry cough, and lung distension with hurried panting. Chebule peel, 5 don; sea-hare powder, trichosanthes seed, indigo, apricot kernel, fritillaria and cyperus soaked in a boy's urine, 2 don 5 fun each. Grind to a powder and make pills the size of a cherry with ginger juice and honey; hold one in the mouth to dissolve and swallow it slowly. — Uihak Immun 入門 (Donguibogam · Haesu)

Clinical commentary 臨床

A lozenge rather than a draught — 含化徐徐嚥下, held in the mouth to dissolve and swallowed slowly — and the whole design follows from that. Chebule is astringent and was the standard drug for a cough that has gone on until the voice is going; indigo, trichosanthes and fritillaria cut the phlegm; and the honey and ginger base coats the throat. Haecheong-hwan, two leaves further on in the chapter, is nearly the same formula made into small pills instead, and the pair show the Bogam distinguishing a throat medicine from a lung medicine by its form. — Eui Young (Justin) Chung, L.Ac., Dipl.
