Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

治紫白癜風及癧瘍風ㆍ白䮕ㆍ癮疹ㆍ疥癬等疾. 何首烏ㆍ蔓荊子ㆍ石菖蒲ㆍ荊芥穗ㆍ苦參ㆍ威靈仙ㆍ甘菊ㆍ枸杞子各等分. 右爲末, 每三錢, 蜜茶調下. 《綱目》

Translation

Treats purple and white lichen wind, wandering lichen wind, mottled white patches, hidden rash, scabies and lichen, and the like. Fleeceflower root, vitex, acorus, schizonepeta spikes, sophora root, clematis, chrysanthemum and lycium fruit in equal parts. Powder them and take 3 don at a time stirred into honeyed tea. — Uihak Gangmok 綱目 (Donguibogam · Pi)

Clinical commentary 臨床

Homa-san without the sesame and the burdock, with lycium fruit added — the two formulas share six of eight medicinals, and the chapter sends for both in the same breath.
