Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

治諸般眼病. 羌活二兩二錢半, 甘菊一兩九錢, 木賊ㆍ白蒺藜各一兩一錢半, 防風ㆍ柴胡ㆍ蒼朮ㆍ枳殼ㆍ川芎ㆍ甘草各一兩一錢, 荊芥ㆍ薄荷各一兩, 蟬殼七錢半, 石決明煆製ㆍ密蒙花各四錢. 右爲末, 每二錢, 薄荷湯調下, 食後. 《醫林》

Translation

Treats eye disease of every kind. Notopterygium 2 nyang 2 don 5 pun; chrysanthemum 1 nyang 9 don; horsetail and tribulus 1 nyang 1 don 5 pun each; saposhnikovia, bupleurum, atractylodes lancea, bitter orange, chuanxiong and licorice 1 nyang 1 don each; schizonepeta and mint 1 nyang each; cicada slough 7 don 5 pun; abalone shell calcined and processed, and buddleia flower, 4 don each. Clinical commentary 臨床

Baldun-san — four medicinals — grown to fifteen, and the odd weights are the giveaway: two nyang two don five, one nyang nine.
