Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑
常服, 除濕, 壯筋骨, 明目. 蒼朮 一斤, 米泔浸剉曬乾. 半斤以童便浸一宿, 半斤酒浸一宿, 幷焙乾爲末. 神麴糊和丸菉豆大, 白湯下七十丸. 或加白茯苓 六兩, 尤好. 《入門》 或爲末, 每二錢, 空心, 鹽湯或酒調下, 亦得. 《入門》
Translation
Taken regularly it eliminates damp, strengthens the sinews and bones, and brightens the eyes. Atractylodes lancea 1 geun, steeped in rice-washing water, cut and sun-dried; half a geun steeped overnight in child's urine and half in wine, both then dry-roasted and powdered. Make pills with medicated leaven paste the size of a mung bean, and take seventy down with plain hot water. Six nyang of white poria may be added, which is better still.
