Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

治寒熱齒痛. 升麻ㆍ麻黃ㆍ草龍膽ㆍ黃連ㆍ草豆蔲各一錢, 生地黃ㆍ白芷ㆍ當歸梢ㆍ羊脛骨灰各五分. 右爲末, 擦之. 《東垣》

Translation

Treats toothache of both cold and heat. Cimicifuga, ephedra, gentian, coptis and round cardamom 1 don each; fresh rehmannia, angelica dahurica, angelica tails and sheep's shin-bone ash 5 pun each. Powder them and rub on. — Dongwon 東垣 (Donguibogam · Ahchi)
