Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑
治風寒濕犯腦痛, 牙齒齗動搖袒脫. 柴胡 五錢, 麻黃ㆍ防風 各三錢, 羊脛骨灰 二錢, 羌活 一錢半, 草豆蔲 一錢, 當歸身 六分, 蒼朮ㆍ升麻 各五分, 藁本ㆍ白芷ㆍ桂枝 各三分, 細辛少許. 右爲末, 溫水漱口淨擦之, 其痛立止. 《東垣》
Translation
Treats wind, cold and damp offending the brain with pain, and the teeth and gums loose and falling away. Bupleurum 5 don; ephedra and saposhnikovia 3 don each; sheep's shin-bone ash 2 don; notopterygium 1 don 5 pun; round cardamom 1 don; angelica body 6 pun; atractylodes lancea and cimicifuga 5 pun each; ligusticum, angelica dahurica and cinnamon twig 3 pun each; a little asarum.
