Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑
治大寒犯腦牙痛. 羊脛骨灰 二錢半, 麻黃 一錢半, 草豆蔲皮 一錢, 羌活 五分, 桂枝ㆍ升麻ㆍ防風ㆍ藁本ㆍ黃芪 各三分, 白芷ㆍ當歸身ㆍ柴胡 各二分, 全蝎梢少許. 右爲末, 擦牙上. 《東垣》
Translation
Treats great cold offending the brain with toothache. Sheep's shin-bone ash 2 don 5 pun; ephedra 1 don 5 pun; round cardamom husk 1 don; notopterygium 5 pun; cinnamon twig, cimicifuga, saposhnikovia, ligusticum and astragalus 3 pun each; angelica dahurica, angelica body and bupleurum 2 pun each; a little scorpion tail.
