Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

痔漏有蟲如細絲黑頭, 取去除根. 瞿麥半升, 猪牙皂角一寸. 右爲末, 入猪腰子一隻內, 用米泔煮, 空心食之, 少頃腹痛上厠, 蟲皆隨出, 作地坑埋之, 薄粥補之. 《丹心》

Translation

Fistulous piles are said to have worms like fine threads with black heads; taking them out removes the root. Dianthus half a seung; gleditsia one chon. Powder them, put into one pig's kidney, boil in rice water and eat on an empty stomach; in a little while the belly pains and one goes to stool and the worms all come out with it. Dig a pit in the ground and bury them, and restore the patient with thin gruel. — Dansim 丹心 (Donguibogam · Hueum)
