Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑
治小便卒暴不通, 小腹膨脹, 氣上衝心, 悶絶欲死. 此因驚憂暴怒, 氣乘膀胱, 鬱閉而脬系不正. 陳皮 三兩, 葵子 一兩, 葱白 三莖. 右剉, 水五升, 煮取二升, 分三服. 《得效》
Translation
Treats sudden inability to pass urine, with the lower abdomen swollen and distended, the qi surging up to the heart, and oppression so great one is about to faint. This comes of fright, grief or sudden rage: the qi rides the bladder, stagnates and shuts it, and the bladder's cord is knocked out of true. Tangerine peel 3 nyang; mallow seed 1 nyang; scallion white 3 stalks. Cut up, boil in five seung of water down to two, and take in three doses. — Seui Deukhyobang 得效 (Donguibogam · Sobyeon)
