Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

琥珀ㆍ松脂各五錢, 硇砂二錢半, 乳香一錢二分半. 右爲末, 熔黃蠟和丸芡實大, 常含化嚥津. 《類聚》

Translation

Amber and pine resin 5 don each; sal ammoniac 2 don 5 pun; frankincense 1 don 2 pun 5 ri. Powder them, melt beeswax and bind into pills the size of a fox-nut, and keep one melting in the mouth, swallowing the juice. — Yuchwi 類聚 (Donguibogam · Inhu)

穀賊 — the grain thief: a husk or awn swallowed with the grain that catches in the throat and makes it swell. 5.13 says that if it is not treated it kills, which is not far wrong for a neglected pharyngeal foreign body. — Eui Young (Justin) Chung, L.Ac., Dipl. O.M.
