Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

治熱厥頭痛. 柴胡 一錢, 羌活 八分, 酒黃芩ㆍ酒知母 各七分, 酒黃栢ㆍ灸甘草ㆍ黃芪 各五分, 生地黃ㆍ酒黃連ㆍ藁本 各四分, 升麻ㆍ防風 各三分半, 蔓荊子ㆍ當歸身ㆍ蒼朮ㆍ細辛 各三分, 荊芥穗ㆍ川芎ㆍ生甘草 各二分, 酒紅花 一分. 右剉, 作一貼, 水煎服. 《東垣》

Translation

Treats heat reversal headache. Bupleurum 1 don; notopterygium 8 pun; wine-fried scutellaria and wine-fried anemarrhena 7 pun each; wine-fried phellodendron, mix-fried licorice and astragalus 5 pun each; fresh rehmannia, wine-fried coptis and ligusticum 4 pun each; cimicifuga and saposhnikovia 3 pun 5 ri each; vitex fruit, angelica body, atractylodes lancea and asarum 3 pun each; schizonepeta spike, chuanxiong and raw licorice 2 pun each; wine-fried safflower 1 pun. Cut up, make one packet, decoct in water and take. — Dongwon 東垣 (Donguibogam · Du)
