Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑
治陰虛火動耳鳴. 熟地黃ㆍ兎絲子(酒製) 各八兩, 當歸身 三兩半, 肉蓯蓉 五兩, 山茱萸 二兩半, 黃栢ㆍ知母(幷酒炒) 各一兩, 破故紙(酒炒) 五錢. 右爲末, 酒糊和丸梧子大, 空心鹽湯下五七十丸. 《丹心》
Translation
Treats yin vacuity with fire stirring and ringing in the ears. Cooked rehmannia and cuscuta (wine-processed) 8 nyang each; angelica body 3 nyang 5 don; cistanche 5 nyang; cornus 2 nyang 5 don; phellodendron and anemarrhena (both wine-fried) 1 nyang each; psoralea (wine-fried) 5 don. Powder them, bind with wine paste into pills the size of a firmiana seed, and take fifty to seventy on an empty stomach with salt decoction. — Dansim 丹心 (Donguibogam · I)
