Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

治咽喉閉. 靑黛ㆍ芒硝ㆍ白殭蠶各一兩, 甘草四兩. 右爲末, 臘月牛膽有黃者盛藥, 蔭四十九日, 爲末吹入喉中, 神效. 《綱目》

Translation

Treats a closed throat. Indigo, mirabilite and silkworm 1 nyang each; licorice 4 nyang. Powder them, put the medicine into an ox gallbladder of the twelfth month that has bezoar in it, hang it in the shade forty-nine days, then powder it and blow into the throat — divinely effective. — Uihak Gangmok 綱目 (Donguibogam · Inhu)

Clinical commentary 臨床
