Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

治腸風. 側柏葉ㆍ當歸ㆍ生乾地黃ㆍ黃連ㆍ荊芥穗ㆍ枳殼ㆍ槐花(炒)ㆍ地楡各一錢, 甘草(灸) 五分. 右剉, 作一貼, 薑三片, 烏梅一箇, 同煎服. 《回春》

Translation

Treats intestinal wind. Arborvitae leaf, angelica, dried fresh rehmannia, coptis, schizonepeta spike, bitter orange, sophora flower (stir-fried) and sanguisorba 1 don each; licorice (mix-fried) 5 pun.
