Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑
治肝臟濕熱, 男子陰挺腫脹, 婦人陰挺瘡痒, 或陰莖濕痒出膿水, 此因酒得之. 龍膽草ㆍ柴胡ㆍ澤瀉 各一錢, 木通ㆍ車前子ㆍ赤茯苓ㆍ生地黃ㆍ當歸(竝酒拌)ㆍ山梔仁ㆍ黃芩ㆍ甘草 各五分. 右剉, 作一貼, 水煎空心服. 《入門》
Translation
Treats damp heat of the liver viscus, with a man's genitals swollen and distended or a woman's itching and sore, or the stalk damp and itching and running pus; this is got from wine. Gentian, bupleurum and alisma 1 don each; akebia, plantago seed, red poria, fresh rehmannia and angelica (both wine-mixed), gardenia kernel, scutellaria and licorice 5 pun each.
