Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑
治因驚憂失心, 或思慮過多, 積成痰涎, 留在心包, 以致狂言奔走. 顆塊朱砂 一錢半, 白附子 一錢, 雄黃 一錢半. 右爲末, 以猪心血和丸梧子大, 別用朱砂爲衣, 每三粒人參石菖蒲煎湯下. 能安魂定魄, 補益心氣. 《簡易》
Translation
Treats loss of mind from fright and grief, or from excessive thought and anxiety, where phlegm-drool has gathered and lodged in the heart enclosure so as to bring on wild speech and running about. Cinnabar in lumps, 1 don 5 fun; typhonium, 1 don; realgar, 1 don 5 fun. Powder them, mix with pig's heart blood and make pills the size of a firmiana seed, coat them with more cinnabar, and take three with a decoction of ginseng and acorus.
